Follow the Lights

They are everywhere once you open your eyes to see them. One may ask, "How will I recognize them?" The answer is, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you (Matt. 7:7)."

"How will it be given to me?" Now, that's entirely up to you.

My question to you....

"How much will you open your heart to receive whatever comes?"

One must get rid of all premature conceptualizations that exist before the journey begins. When you begin your journey, it's best to acknowledge that you do not know the way, and not knowing the way places you in a vulnerable state to be taught. The loving hand that reaches out to you may not come in a form of familiarity, but you must ask yourself, "Am I willing to trust my inner intentions?", "Am I willing to move beyond this present moment?", "Am I willing to undo my fearful perceptions to achieve solid gains?", or "Am I willing to be led to a place where I can not see my way?"

The level of difficulty is predicated upon your own resistance. Whenever you're ready, the path awaits. It won't force you to find your way, but your painful present situation may contribute to the pressure for you to move along. When you finally resist your fears  of going into this unfamiliar territory and once you acknowledge your vulnerability, you will discover your first light, and it will lead the way.
